About the Event
In this workshop, we will explore several strategies from the Klauss Vianna Technique to allow the participants to develop their creativity, musicality, flexibility, relationship with the group and environment, movement awareness, presence, and postural alignment. We will explore the dance’s performative and creative potentials. It is a highly physical investigation that stems from body listening and context awareness. It is open for everyone willing to dance!
